The following terms apply to any orders and purchases you make from this website.
Delivery times are met and exceeded in almost all circumstances however we do ask for your patience in logistics outside of our control. We will do our best to communicate with you and you can always contact us with any enquiry. We are happy to help.
General delivery information
Wine cannot be delivered outside of Australia. Any delivery timeframes specified by us are indicative only. Allow 14 days from receipt of your order confirmation for delivery. Delivery instructions can be specified during the checkout process. The person we deliver to has to be aged 18 years or over (and may be asked to provide proof of age).
Thistledown Wines does not accept responsibility for items stolen when an authority to leave has been specified by the customer. Please note: during sale/ promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above .
Delivery charges
Orders of up to 12 bottles will incur at $15 delivery charge. Orders of 12 bottles or more will be delivered free.
