The Single Vineyard range includes ‘Sands of Time’ and ‘This Charming Man’, both of which have been crowned as the best Grenache in Australia in recent years. The lineup for our dinner will feature the new release and a back vintage of each of these exceptional wines, along with others from the single vineyard range. 

Your host for the evening will be Paddy Gilhooly, who recently celebrated a decade at Thistledown by becoming a co-owner of this incredible winery. These incredible wines will be paired with a specially designed menu served in our Wine Cave.
