Sourced from low yielding vineyards in the much revered Ebenezer sub-region of the Barossa Valley, this wine benefits from wild fermentation with 25% whole bunch inclusion. Gentle handling during fermentation is followed by 11 months in the finest French oak, resulting in a glossy, succulent, richly layered red that is delicious both in youth and in maturity.
