Hand-picked Roussanne and organically farmed Grenache Blanc are wild fermented in barrels and a concrete egg to produce a textural, pithy white wine with lovely honeysuckle laced fruit.

In Australia, proceeds go to Roses in the Ocean - a leading lived experience of suicide organisation - close to Giles' heart and making a difference to many lives.
