Though not strictly a Thistledown wine, it is made by Giles Cooke MW and all of the profits go to charity so we just had to include it. That it's amazing wine also helps.

We have a loyal following for our Original Shiraz but many people said that they'd love to be able to support Our Fathers more regularly. And so Spring follows Winter was born.

Using the same high quality Barossa Shiraz as the base, we blend in some juicy, succulent, old vine Grenache to guarantee that this wine is plush, yet delicious and very drinkable.

Continuing the theme of making a positive out of something challenging, Spring follows Winter is all about the hope that there is always, light - it is indeed darkest before dawn.

In Australia, proceeds go to Roses in the Ocean - a leading lived experience of suicide organisation - close to Giles' heart and making a difference to many lives.
