This beautiful Chardonnay was crafted from vibrant fruit sourced from an elevated site in the Eden Valley. Whole bunch pressing, wild, barrel and concrete egg fermentations as well as extended time on the lees all contribute to make a complex taut style, with intense honeysuckle, quince and mineral character.
